This oil-cream developer was specially designed and formulated
for Colorinsider hair coloring technology. Activated with oil-based
colorings like Colorinsider.
As water and oil do not mix, traditional water-based developers,
including MATRIX cream developer, will not mix in and
will not correctly activate coloring.
10 vol. developer:
-Use to obtain darker color.
-Deposits color on hair.
-Lifts up to 1 level.
-Gives color a boost.
