The thin 2-1 Top & Base create an ultimate smooth surfaced foundation and protective top coat in one formula - After applying Step 1 Nail Primer, working one finger at a time, then apply an even layer of Step 2 Nail Base & Top Gel and dip finger into the powder color of your choice. - Tap the excess powder off the nail. Repeat.
- Apply another coat of Step 2 Nail Base &n top Gel as the final layer to seal in the powder.
- Continue to Step 3 Gel Activator.
