Extremely small color pigments are deposited onto the

This specialised method delays the oxidation process with
its unique blending of actives. It is only when COLOR.ME
is mixed with the COLOR.ME CREAM.ACTIVATOR
that the oxidation process is delayed for 5-10 minutes to
ensure even application and penetration of the colorants
into the hair before the ???controlled??? coupling reaction
