Mirabella Waterproof Eyeshadow Primer

Maximize the intensity of eyeshadows with this waterproof eyeshadow primer, part of the Alter Ego Collection. Creamy, waterproof eye primer sweeps onto eyelids for a smooth base to increase the staying power of pigments and prevent creasing.

How To Use:

- Apply a thin layer to entire eyelid, from lash line to brow bone, and blend out with clean fingertip, Foundation Brush, or Perfecting Concealer Brush to create a smooth base for eyeshadow application
- Do not apply foundation or concealer over primer
- Shadow should be laid directly on top of the primer.
- If color correcting eyelids with Perfect + Correct, apply primer then correcting powder and top with eyeshadow
