With their low alkalinity levels, (ph 7.2 to 7.4), these waves are in better harmony with the hair and the scalp. Tecno is an acidic wave specially formulated for color-treated and highlighted hair up to 50%. The activator is composed of a complex blend which protects the hair very vulnerable due to previous chemical services.
