Wella 1.9% Emulsion

Wella Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% is to be used with Color Touch color. - Apply Color Touch to pre-shampooed, towel-dried hair using either a brush and bowl or an applicator bottle.
- Recommended development time - 20 minutes.
- Emulsify and rinse until the water runs clear.
